Advanced examples explain the GraphForge concepts they introduce. Optional research history, collaboration, ontology, and external decision validation are not prerequisites for Basic work. Evaluation notes separate a valid graph result from a justified research interpretation or a qualified user experience.

Architecture decision records live in the ADR directory, with an engineering index. They explain implementation decisions and are not a required learning sequence.
